How do you ensure quality in the sub-contractor selected for the job?
Our Founder, Ivan Coulombe, is a certified Lead ISO (International Organization for Standardization) Auditor, granted to him by LRQA (Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance). So you can be assured that only the most qualified manufacturers and other sub-contractors are accepted and approved. Ivan also can audit the sub-contractor process. He requires full inspection reports, which are then provided to the customer and to him.

Who handles your Client Service?
Your initial contact with CMC likely will be with Chris Carter, the Operations Manager. Beyond that, services are handled by both Ivan Coulombe and Chris Carter.
Where are your clients located?
In our home state of Maine, throughout New England and the U.S., and overseas.
What shipping options do you offer?
Whatever the customer or client needs. We make use of virtually all the appropriate shipping options, including NAFTA shipping, International, overland, etc.
